Dhanarua school of Nursing under the management of Himalaya Education Trust was formed in the year 2015. Dhanarua school of Nursing is under the affiliation of Aryabhatta Knowledge University . The school is recognized by Government of Bihar and is approved by Indian Nursing Council and Bihar Nursing Registration Council. The college is associated with NMCH, Guru Govind Singh Hospital, PHC Dhanarua, Anumandal Hospital Masaudhi for clinical training and placements.

Eligibility for B.Sc.Nursing Admission :

A Candidate seeking admission shall have :-

• A pass in +2 Examination with Bio.
• Provided 45 percent marks in Science, English. Relaxed to 40 percent for SC / ST / OBC..
• Age - completed 17 Years.
• Fair knowledge in English is essential. Should be physically fit with sound mental health.

Certificates Required for Admission

Attested copies of the following certificates to be sent along with the application form.

• Marks card of the qualifying examination.
• 10 marks card (with date of birth).
• Transfer Certificate.
• Migration Certificate.
• Conduct Certificate from Institution Last Attended.
• SC/ST/OBC Certificate (applicable only if it is attested).

Eligibility for PB B.Sc.Nursing Admission :

A Candidate seeking admission shall have :-

• Be a registered nurse.
• Keep the General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) certificate.

Eligibility Criteria for GNM :

A Candidate seeking admission shall have :-

• Minimum and Maximum age for admission will be 17 to 37 years. There is no age bar for ANM.
• Minimum education:
  • The +2 class ideally passed Science (PCB) & English with a minimum of 40% points.
• Student shall be medically fit.
