Online Document Upload

  • After successful registration, the following documents must be uploaded online in clear scanned format:
  • 10th and 12th Marksheet
  • School Leaving Certificate
  • Domicile Certificate / Proof of Residence
  • Caste Certificate (if applicable)
  • Income Certificate (if applying for tuition fee waiver)
  • Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (if applicable)
  • Passport-sized photograph
  • Aadhaar card
  • If any documents are unclear or incomplete, candidates can re-upload or email the documents to [email protected] mentioning their USER ID and name.

Document Verification at Help Centers

Candidates are required to visit the nearest Help Center with original documents for verification. Verification is mandatory before choice filling. Once verified, the status will be updated in the online portal.

Counseling Rounds (Online Choice Filling & Allotment)

The admission process includes multiple counseling rounds, and each round consists of choice filling, seat allotment, and confirmation. Here's a detailed breakdown:

Round 1: First Counseling

  • Candidates log in to the portal and fill their choice of colleges and courses in the preferred order.
  • Mock allotment may be conducted to help candidates understand possible outcomes.
  • After locking choices, the system processes allotment based on merit rank, category, and choices filled.
  • Allotment result is declared online.
  • Candidates allotted a seat must:
  • Download the allotment letter
  • Pay the tuition fee online or through Axis Bank
  • Report to the allotted college with original documents to confirm admission

Round 2: Second Counseling

  • Candidates who didn’t get a seat or are not satisfied with the first allotment can participate in the second round.
  • Fresh choice filling is required.
  • The process is similar: document verification (if not done already), choice filling, seat allotment, fee payment, and reporting.
  • Candidates already admitted in Round 1 can also participate but must forfeit the earlier seat if a new seat is allotted.

Mop-Up Round

  • This round is for leftover or vacant seats after the first two rounds.
  • Only those candidates who:
  • Didn’t get a seat earlier
  • Didn’t confirm their previous allotment
  • Are newly eligible
  • Mop-up round may be conducted offline or online, depending on availability.
  • No guarantee of seat change or allotment.

Stray Vacancy Round (if applicable)

  • Conducted at the college level if seats remain even after the mop-up round.
  • Candidates must contact the respective colleges and apply directly as per the merit list provided by ACPNAMEC.

Fee Payment and Reporting

Tuition fees vary by course and institute. Candidates must pay the fee within the given deadline, failing which the seat will be canceled. Fee can be paid online or at designated Axis Bank branches. After payment, candidates must report to the college with original documents and allotment letter to complete admission.

Important Points: Candidates are advised to regularly check the official website for updates on admission schedules and announcements. Once a seat is allotted and the tuition fee is paid, the admission is considered finalized. However, if a candidate fails to report to the allotted college within the given timeframe, they will lose their claim to the seat. In case a better choice is allotted in the subsequent round, the previously paid fees may be adjusted as per the prevailing rules and guidelines.

Note: The Admission Process is written as per the ordinance of the official Counselling Agency.
