Introduction:
Admission to the B.Sc Nursing course in Maharashtra is conducted through the Maharashtra Health and Technical Common Entrance Test (MHTCET) in Government and Private Colleges across the state. Selection is based on merit and the Centralized Admission Process (CAP).

Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must be Indian citizens, they should have passed the 12th standard with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English, securing a minimum of 45% marks for the general category and 40% for reserved categories. Additionally, candidates must obtain at least 50 percentile for Open category in the MH-Nursing CET, while those from reserved categories require a minimum of 40 percentile. The minimum age requirement is 17 years (born on or before 31st December 2007), with no upper age limit.

Candidates must be Indian citizens (proof required) with a maximum age limit of 45 years for the General category and 50 years for Reserved categories as of 31/07/2024. They must complete B.Sc. Nursing / P.B.B.Sc. Nursing degree from an INC & MNC-recognized institute, along with registration as a Nurse & Midwife with the Maharashtra Nursing Council (valid till 2027). Additionally, candidates must have at least one year of work experience post-registration. Selection will be based on aggregate marks obtained in B.Sc. Nursing / P.B.B.Sc. Nursing.
