The society was started in the year 2000. It came across a long journey with many hurdles and thus overcoming them. The society has taken several projects during this journey for the benefit of common and backward people of its local area. Tarakeswar Vivekananda Pally Seva Kendra School Of Nursing, Tarakeswar is a Private College. The College is affiliated to WBNC(West Bengal Nursing Council). The G.N.M. School was established in 2010 January with the main aim of women empowerment. It is within the township of Tarakeswar in the Seva Hospital Campus which is situated in the South side of Bus stand as well as Tarakeswar Rail Station ( in the opposite side of Tarakeswar Temple) – 0.25 km. away from Railway Station. The students gain their clinical experience in Arambag, Serampore SD Hospital and Tarakeswar Rural Hospital and other Hospitals all are Govt Institutes.

Eligibility criteria:-
Students must be an Indian citizen and a domicile of West Bengal. They must have passed or be appearing for the Class 12 examination in the (10+2) system in 2024. Additionally, the applicant must be at least 17 years old as of July 31, 2024, meaning they should have been born on or before July 31, 2007.

The question paper consists of multiple sections with different subjects. The marking pattern is as follows:

All questions will be of Multiple- Choice Question (MCQ) type, with four answer options. Time for the paper is 1½ hours. The questions will be in both English and Bengali language (except Basic English and Logical Reasoning). Syllabus: Life Science, Physical Science, Mathematics will be based on 10th standard syllabi of the recognised Board/Councils in India and Basic English, General Knowledge, Logical Reasoning will be equivalent to 12th standard curriculum.
Procedure for submission of application form payment of examination fees for ANM & GNM (ANM(R) & GNM-2024)
Registration:
a) The candidate will enter personal details such as-name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, gender, identification type and number, present and permanent address, mobile number, email ID etc.
b) Candidates must be careful while entering name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, gender and domicile. This information cannot be changed/edited/modified under any circumstances.
c) Then the candidate has to create password and submit the registration.
d) An application number will be generated and will appear on the screen. Also, SMS/email will be sent to the registered mobile no./ email ID of the candidate.
e) If the candidate forgets the password, he/she has to recover it through “Forgot Password” option. There is no other way to recover the password.
f) It is not possible for any person/agency to change/edit/input any information without knowing the password. Hence candidates must not share their password with anybody. The Board will not be responsible for any change resulting from sharing/ divulging of the password.
